      Confessions have resumed in the Church.  If there is a wedding or funeral taking place, one of the other Priests will continue hearing Confessions.

  • Guidelines for Public Masses

    • Sunday Mass Dispensation

      The Sunday Obligation is dispensed until October 25, 2020. 

      • If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to someone with the virus in the past two weeks, please do not attend Mass in person and participate from home.
      • If you are over the age of 65 or have underlying health issues, you are strongly encouraged to participate in the Mass from home.
      • If you do not feel comfortable returning to Mass yet, do not worry. All are more than welcome to continue participating from home.

      All Sunday Masses are livestreamed on our Facebook Page. 
    • 75% Capacity

      The Church cannot exceed 75% seating capacity at any Mass. If you arrive after capacity has been met, you may be asked to go to the Parish Hall for the overflow seating or return at a later time. You can also participate in the liturgy from home via livestream.

    • Requirements

      At all times social distancing of six feet must be maintained.

      Facemasks must be worn at all times when inside the Church.

    • Additional Guidelines

      • Church doors will open 30 minutes before Mass.
      • Sanitize your hands before entering the Church.
      • Ushers will guide you where to sit.
      • Always maintain social distancing of 6 feet.
      • Members of the same household may sit together.
      • Holding hands during the Our Father is not permitted.
      • The Sign of Peace has resumed.
      • Ushers will guide the communion lines.
      • The collection will take place at the usual time during Mass.
      • Ushers will direct the exiting process.

  • Guidelines and Restrictions

    • Funerals
      • Beginning May 10, 2020 funerals with the Celebration of Mass are permitted.
        At all times the 75% seating capacity limit and the social distancing guidelines must be observed.

    • Weddings
      • Weddings are permitted at the church beginning May 9, 2020. 
        At all times the 75% seating capacity limit and the social distancing guidelines must be observed.

    • Ministry to the Sick
      • Over the next few months visits to the sick are limited to those who are in need of Viaticum, the Anointing of the Sick or Confession. 
        This Diocesan policy has been in effect since March 17, 2020. 

    • Homebound Visitations
      • Please understand that visiting homes to bring Holy Communion must be suspended
        at this time in order to lessen the threat of spreading infection of COVID-19.
